Technical testing for school IT jobs: from CVs to the quiz, the practical and the report to the school.
Recruiters add candidates and their CVs to a vacancy. Reviewers read each CV and say yes or no to technical testing, with a reason. Candidates who go forward take a timed multiple-choice quiz through their own link, then a practical that assessors mark against a marking form. The recruiter records the outcome and sends the hiring school a report.
Candidates' details, CVs and results are kept for 6 months after their vacancy closes, then deleted. Only the recruiting team can see them.
Themes and celebrations
Pick a theme from the Aa menu at the top. Some are only there at their time of year. Now and then a celebration plays when a page opens; turn them off in the same menu, and they never play with reduced motion.
